Have you accepted Christ as Your Personal Lord and Savior?

Believe it or not, this is life’s MOST important question, and your eternal destiny depends upon how you answer. Please take a moment to read this personal message below and consider its eternal TRUTH.!

Joh 3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: Joh 3:2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

What Does It Mean To Be Born Again?

It is really rather simple. Salvation is only complicated to those who would rather be religious than saved. Jesus made a very simple statement that every person who desires to go to heaven MUST be BORN AGAIN. He then explains what it means to be born again. It means to be BORN OF THE SPIRIT. In other words, it is a spiritual birth. It is much like the physical birth which brought every one of us into this world. We cannot be born again of a physical birth-we must be born of the Spirit.

How Can I Be Born Again?

Christ goes on to explain exactly how a person is born again of the Spirit in verse 16 when he states that God sent His Son, Jesus Christ into this world to give eternal life to “whosoever believeth in him”. Therefore to be born again, or to be “saved”, we must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Savior.

What Being Born Again Is Not.

1. It is not trying to be a good person because none of us really are- Rom 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: Rom 3:11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. Rom 3:12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
2. It is not getting baptized or being a church member; that just makes you religious- Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Rom 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; -In other words, there is only ONE WAY to be saved, which excludes any other way; by believing that Christ’s sacrifice on the cross and His shed blood is THE means whereby you are redeemed and are made righteous without any religious rituals or good works. Salvation is ALL the work of God. It is a spiritual work wrought by the Spirit of God.
